A computer is a tool that should enable rather than hinder human ability. If it creates obstacles to your goals, it is not fulfilling its purpose. If your car cannot reliably transport you from A to B, it should be fixed or replaced. An effective tool is one that solves problems, rather than creating them.
The ideal, I believe, is that your computer should make your life easier; it should be there when needed, and not occupy excessive space in your daily tasks. Unfortunately, this is rarely the experience most of us share.

Simplification and facilitation are what I offer. I have the experience and expertise to make it happen!

With over 13 years experience working with and using computers in both personal and professional capacities, I have the ability to focus, comprehend and prioritize your IT needs. In a nutshell, personal service. I work with both home/personal users and small business clients. Different IT scenarios call for different solutions. I maintain an inventory of a client's hardware and software and consider it when evaluating the ever-evolving IT landscape. This way, I can anticipate problems ahead of time, and recommend methods to improve efficiency and utility.
